Mosaic Building Solutions to Build Discount Market in Auburn

AUBURN, Ind. (July 18, 2017) – Breaking ground last month, Mosaic Building Solutions is working with ALDI to bring the discount supermarket to Auburn’s marketplace by year’s end.

Located at 207 Touring Drive, Mosaic began the project by demolishing the existing building on the lot. The hope is the brand new 20,000 ft2 space will better serve the community that has limited choices in where they are able to buy groceries.

“With only one discount grocery in the Auburn area, we believe it is important to the community to have more choices in where they can access good food at affordable prices,” President of Mosaic Building Solutions Jake Fetters said. “ALDI’s also realized how significant their store could be to the area and that is why we are proud to be working with them on this project.”

The $2.5 million project will wrap up in December and should be open at the beginning of 2018.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (February 9, 2017) – As the north side’s Creative Financial Staffing team grows, so has their need for a bigger office. Located on the Dupont Circle, the company will be working with Mosaic Building Solutions to find a creative way to accommodate their growth.

The $35,000 project will also add additional private interview rooms, allowing the staff to function more effectively in day-to-day operations of bringing more quality placements into the Fort Wayne accounting and financial industry.

Mosaic Building Solutions Spends Summer on IPFW’s Campus

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Making the rounds amongst IPFW’s campus, Mosaic Building Solutions is breaking ground on two renovation projects this Spring that aim to update student facilities.

“IPFW is a beautiful campus,” President of Mosaic Building Solutions Jake Fetters said. “Partnering with this institution has allowed us to enhance every student's experience while they spend time at the school.”

Already at work in the Helmkey Library, the Mosaic team will be updating eight restrooms on four floors within the library. Spending $395,000, the 2,500-square-foot project will include a complete remodel of the restrooms that were last updated in the 1970’s. Both modernizing and reconfiguring to maximize space, the job will wrap in the Fall of 2016.

“Mindfully working to keep distractions to a minimum, the majority of the projects will take place throughout the Summer months to not disrupt students,” Fetters said.

Mosaic is also making upgrades to the Walb Student Union’s billiards area; a space adjacent to the student government office. Constructing a coffee bar and glass wall, only 1250-square-feet will be affected. This project sanctions the billiards-area fun by the ensuring pool balls cannot haphazardly escape from the space. The updates will be completed by the beginning of the 2016 school year.

Color Master Inc Grows With Mosaic Building Solutions

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Mosaic Building Solutions is happy to announce their partnership with Color Master Inc. as they broke ground this month to create a 14,000 square foot addition to their factory in Butler, Indiana.

“We are continuing to grow, so more factory and warehouse space was needed,” CEO of Color Master Inc, Philip E Schlink, said. “This addition will keep good work flow and continuity in the office area, while also giving us more space for offices.”

Utilizing a staggered design and construction schedule, the partnership began design work months ago on the loading dock, factory and new offices. This scheduling will aid in compressing the total project completion time and better serve the needs of this northern Indiana business and community.

“The team at Color Master put their employees and community first when factoring in the project fulfillment time because it allows us to make minimal disruptions throughout the three stage process,” President of Mosaic Building Solutions, Jake Fetters, said. “We foresee Color Master customers also greatly benefiting from this expansion.”

The project is scheduled to wrap up in December 2015.
